At DeliBodega, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused
- the item must be in its original condition
- the item must be in its original packaging
- proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and supplier restrictions, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- personal care items
- used fitness accessories
- opened consumable or self-care products
- final sale items
- gift cards, if offered
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@silentzero.ai.
Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return or issue is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved for reasons not caused by our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, we will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, email contact@silentzero.ai as soon as possible.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first before filing a chargeback. We are committed to working with customers to resolve problems fairly.
