At DeliBodega, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Most orders arrive within 8–20 business days after shipment, though some items may take longer depending on supplier location and carrier delays.
Because some of our products are fulfilled by different suppliers, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delays or non-delivery may occur.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, DeliBodega is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at contact@silentzero.aiwith your order number and any relevant photos or details. We will review the issue and help where possible.
